GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:

The Uniblock 300i is equipped with a pressure controlled chamber and  makes rectangular or cylindrical polyurethane foam blocks with various densities. 

• The process offers several advantages, the first of which is that no auxiliary blowing agents are necessary to produce lower density foams. The formulation advantages make density virtually independent of water concentration and auxiliary blowing agents. Foams can also be produced with high load bearing without the use of polymer polyols.

This machine offers total versatility in the production:

The Uniblock can make one block of a formula and immediately after a different formula, meaning that you can produce a variety of foams in one morning.

A basic machine is made with the streams that are necessary to make PU foam, Polyol, Amine, silicone, Tin, water and Isocyanate but the machine can be equipped with up to 25 additive streams meaning it can have several colors, types of silicone, amines and other additives, such as flame retardant etc.

 Space:

Our Uniblock machine will require a small area for implantation; This is great advantage over a continuous foam machine that requires a larger area.

It operates based on the concept of “just in time” production, so that you don’t have to accumulate large stocks of foam. The foam can be processed 24 hours after making, enabling you to produce according to your production plans and minimizing storing area.

 Quality:

Our machine has a high speed mixing head that makes a perfectly homogeneous Polyol blend producing even cell structure and tear resistant PU foam.

Productivity:

The machine´s cycle lasts around 5 minutes so the productivity is very high.

 Software:

The Uniblock machine is controlled through a computer using our Uniblock Management software where formulas are recorded along with all the parameters that are relevant, such as mixing speed and time. This allows an operator to use the machine to produce the foam without being able to interfere with the programmed formulas.

The Uniblock software is equipped with safety measures that impede the operator to start production if any of the materials tanks does not have enough material to complete the block or to accept a formula that exceeds the recommended quantity of water to avoid risk of fire.

Our software also includes cost production control, allowing authorized personal to view the production cost of each block once the formula is recorded. There is a vast statistic control of material consumed in Kilograms and Costs. The computer can be connected to your network enabling authorized personal to access it from the office for example and supervise the production. Also, production can be programmed in advance.
